About eBureau

Plain-language guides to Kenyan government procedures, checked against official sources.

    Our mission

Getting a business name, replacing an ID or transferring land shouldn't require an agent. eBureau explains each procedure in plain language: which office, which documents, the official fee and how long it usually takes. You then apply directly through the official channel.

    Who we are

eBureau is a women-owned company registered in Kenya. We are not affiliated with any government agency. We don't process, approve or issue documents.

    Meet the founder

Sharon began her career with an internship in government in Kilifi, where she saw first-hand how confusing official procedures can be for ordinary citizens. She then joined a multinational engineering corporation and spent two years working in an environment where accuracy and clear process documentation were everything.

That combination — knowing the public service from the inside and demanding precision from the private sector — is what led her to start eBureau. Her goal is simple: help Kenyans, at home and abroad, handle government paperwork on their own, without paying agents or guessing at the requirements.
